DEI Strategies, LLC works with executive and DEI leadership to assess an organization's current

work in its development as a diverse, equitable and inclusive organization and opportunities for continued growth. Next, DEI Strategies, LLC will partner with leadership teams to create a roadmap for refining and implementing DEI goals and initiatives.

 

This roadmap may include:

 

• A custom-designed action plan with concrete goals, actions and timetables

• Facilitated DEI strategy workshops with board, senior leadership and staff

• Suggestions for community and stakeholder outreach

• Recommendations for communicating DEI strategic plan to staff

 

Throughout this work, DEI Strategies, LLC will partner with leadership to develop, iterate and advance the DEI strategic planning process.
